Beaded bracelet is an excellent way to put some accent on your look. While it looks sophisticated and artsy, it actually adds colors on your outfit or your bracelet set if you wear multiple. The key is to wear the right size of beads. Bigger beads display more casual style. Here is how to make it by yourself.

Supplies and Tools

  • Scissor
  • Elasticity
  • Beads
  • Glue

Step 1. Take some measure on your wrist and cut a piece of the elasticity to your wrist length. If you want to wear it tighter, take a tight measure on your wrists. There is no rule on this. Choose your own tightness as you please. Add some more on each side to give you enough string to tie it up later. Give it a mark if you need to between the wrist length and the extra string.

Set aside the elasticity piece and you can start threading the beads on it. Make sure to fill the entire space in the middle to the side. You can stop threading when it reaches the entire wrist length.

Step 2. Shift the elasticity string together into a circle and tie a knot at the end of it using the extra length. Tie it tight but make sure to be not too tight as well. For extra security so it doesn’t get loose in the future, apply some glue on it to make it stays. Cut the excessive string length to make it tidier.

Step 3. You can repeat the procedure with different beads for multi layers bracelet. It couldn’t be easier. For some variation and twist, try to combine different colors in a bracelet. For example, you can use the tosca beads for the most part and add some of the black beads here and there to make some more accents. Black is a great color for combination as it makes it easier to match it with your outfit.

If you want more layers on your bracelet, try make one bracelet for each color you have and then make one extra bracelet that combines both color as seen in the picture. It makes a perfect and matching set.

As you can see, making your own manly beaded bracelet is super easy. The key of the manly look relies on what beads you choose for it. Try to avoid shiny beads and prefer on more solid and natural colors. Choose bigger beads for even more casual look.
